Our menu has over 40 Tapas, providing plenty of choice for meat eaters, fish lovers and vegetarians with additional weekly specials. The dishes that we serve are known in Spain as ‘raciones’, the word ‘tapa’ referring more to a small bite sized morsel offered with a drink. The Spanish never drink without having a plate of something to nibble, perhaps a few olives or almonds or a plate of jamón, an agreeable and civilised habit!
When we opened in 1987 it was difficult to source enough good Spanish wines to put on the list, now the problem has become what to leave off. Our wine list offers an impressive selection of some of the best that Spain has to offer, from our range of top quality sherries, through Rioja to some lesser known regions such as El Bierzo, Jumilla and Rueda. We offer around twenty wines by the glass and in 50cl. carafes, a great way to discover new Spanish wines. Whatever wine you choose, we pride ourselves on offering our customers an amazing selection at amazingly affordable prices.
